Tsapowum Chehalis Tribe Behavioral Health Center’s mission is to strengthen the health and well-being of individuals, families, and our community by providing accessible, compassionate, culturally responsive behavioral health services. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing, recovery, prevention, personal growth, and connection while empowering people on their journey toward becoming strong.

Services & Programs

Substance Use Treatment

  • Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Assessments
  • Individualized Treatment Planning and Referrals
  • Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Services
  • Outpatient (OP) Treatment Services
  • DUI Assessments and Services
  • Referrals for Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) through Hope and Healing
  • Recovery Support and Care Coordination

Mental Health Services

Mental Health services are provided based on availability, with priority given to: Chehalis Tribal members and community members, Members of other federally recognized Tribes, Employees, as provider capacity allows.

Our mental health providers offer individual therapy for 5+ and family therapy to support a variety of behavioral health needs, including:

  • Trauma and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Grief and Loss
  • Stress and Life Transitions
  • Relationship and Family Concerns
  • Other Behavioral and Emotional Health Needs
  • Outside Referrals as needed

Care Coordination

  • Assistance Connecting to Treatment and Community Resources
  • Recovery and Wellness Support
  • Care Coordination
  • Support Navigating Behavioral Health Services

Domestic Violence & Victim Services

Confidential support and advocacy are available for individuals and families impacted by domestic violence and other crimes, including:

  • Domestic Violence Advocacy
  • Emergency Domestic Violence
  • Safety Planning
  • Resource Navigation and Referrals
  • Support Connecting to Community Services

Prevention & Community Programs

  • Youth Activities and Prevention Programs
  • Behavioral Health Education and Outreach
  • Suicide and Substance Use Prevention Activities
  • Community Wellness Events
  • Annual Community Events
  • Connection to Behavioral Health Resources and Services

Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and coordination with the Behavioral Health treatment team.
